2005 Meeting Schedule
We have scheduled six meetings for 2005. All meetings will be held on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 pm. Call~ 845-627-3621~ to learn more about our group.
Dues: $5 per meeting or $25 per year.

June 26 , 2004
We will have a brief meeting following our program "Women and the Piano" to discuss our fall programs and Events Calendar for 2005.

April 24 , 2004
Our next meeting will be held on Saturday, April 24, 10:00 a.m. at Sarah's. Discuss: Upcoming salons, benefit concert, next program, and Dead Pianists Society series at Nanuet Library. June 5th Benefit Concert. Invitations and Tickets are ready. Keep on practicing!

March 6, 2004
Our next meeting will be held on Saturday, March 6th, 10:00 a.m. at Sarah's. Finalize: April Salon performer, program for June concert. Work with Yashar to layout a long term schedule for the year ... incorporating Meet the Composer and performance of John Lampkin's works at the Nanuet Library.

February 7, 2004
Our next meeting will be held on Saturday, February 7th, 10:00 a.m. at Eileen's. We will identify possible April dates for our next salon. We will also share thoughts on hosting a benefit concert for Ludmilla Berkwic.

December 23, 2003
We will hold a special meeting on December 23, at 10:00 a.m. at Sarah's (Note changed from Eileen's). Our guest pianist Stephen Kopp, will play for us. Listen to some of Stephen's music and more here.

December 7, 2003
NOTE Change: Meeting will take place on Sunday, December 7th at 2:00 p.m. at Eileen's -- snow date to be determined for Stephen Kopp.
Note: Weather Watch! We will make a decision on Friday evening about keeping the Saturday a.m. time or moving to Sunday the 7th at 2:00.
Our next meeting is set for Saturday, December 6 at 10 a.m. at Eileen's. We will have a guest for the first hour. Stephen Kopp, a young pianist from Wawarsing, New York, will play for us. Listen to some of Stephen's music and more here. During our second hour, we will share our music and discuss the book we have been reading, The Piano Shop on the Left Bank.

October 19, 2003
Our next salon will be held on October 19 - A Piano Recital in Memory of Frederic Chopin featuring pianist Yashar David Yaslowitz.

October 18, 2003
Our next meeting is tentatively set for Saturday, October 18 at 10 a.m. at Eileen's. We will be reading the book The Piano Shop on the Left Bank.

August 16, 2003
Our next meeting with be at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 16 at Sarah's. We'll discuss plans for our holiday concert. Thank you again to John Lampkin for kicking off our concert series with a priceless evening of music and humor -- this will be a hard act to follow!

The next meeting of the Piano Club will be at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 4th at Eileen's house. We will share our new pieces and discuss the book. We will discuss The Art of Practicing. Remember to post your flier somewhere! Bring suggestions for a June dinner and concert.

The next meeting will be held at Eileen's house. Bring a piece of music to share. We will discuss the book Piano Lessons, by Noah Adams.

Our first meeting will be on Saturday, October 19 at 9:00 a.m. Breakfast will be served. Bring your calendars and a piece of music to share. We will spec out a plan for meeting dates, a trip to Carnegie Hall, and book selections -- review the list under books. I hope everyone is as excited as I am about the possibilities.
